Well today we went to walk walk see Hod, Hood and Oven.

Went to Hoe Kee at Tanjong Katong Complex, was served by a auntie, who is very knowledgable in her products. We learned quite a lot from her.

8 Feb 2010 Biggest purchase of my life ! ( For now )

Today is the day, when i make the biggest purchase of my life!

A HDB flat. Well, after a long long wait since Aug 2010 Sales of Balance flat til now. Finally it's our turn to select a flat!

Well, Ria  wasn't here as she went back to her hometown for Chinese New Year. I had to make the decision based on our dissusion through the phone and SMS. Very Stress leh .. have to decide through this kinda communication.

We shortlisted two flats, one at Sapphire and another one at Coralinus. We finally select Coralinus based on the following factors:-

1) Very near to MRT ( Credits to me and my brother when we spend 5mins walking to the MRT from the flat .The very day before selection ! )

2) Very near Sheng Shiong Supermarket ( haha, Ria can always go down to buy groceries and cook for me :) )

3) Near a School. ( 夫金木无常，方园应行，亦有隐括，习与性形。故近朱者赤，近墨者黑 ）

4）Got KopiTiam ! Can always La Kopi there.
